Any accidents occuring at a South run event should be reported on the online accident form. EH are compiling a record of all hockey accidents that require a visit to hospital, please report using the monitoring report.

Fiona is there to ensure that as an organisation we adhere to the required policies and is the first point of contact should you have any concerns. Amongst other things, she will:
- recognise that all young people participating in hockey (regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, ability or disability) have the right to play in an environment free from poor practice, abuse and harm
- always approach safeguarding with a young person perspective, ensuring the individual’s wellbeing is the prime focus
